The AAA-CPA is excited to welcome you to the 2023 Annual Meeting and Education Conference in Monterey, California!

Few places on earth can live up to their own mythology, but Monterey is a notable exception. No matter what you’ve heard or seen in feature films, nothing can prepare you for the jaw-dropping beauty along Monterey's fabled coast. Renowned author John Steinbeck drew considerable inspiration from area landmarks including Cannery Row, which he helped to immortalize in his novel of the same name. Meander down Monterey Old Fisherman’s Wharf to indulge in a piping hot bread bowl full of clam chowder, visit the acclaimed Monterey Bay Aquarium to see the spirited sea otter up close, or book a boat tour, whale watching cruise or fishing trip to set sail on the open waters of the Monterey Bay.

Today, the abundance of shopping, beaches and attractions keep travelers coming back time and time again. The conference opens with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday, June 21 at 6:30 pm.

Coming in early? Please let us know if you are interested in a round of golf at the Del Monte Golf Course at our host hotel, a full day wine tasting tour in the Monterey area, or a whale watching tour at 10 am. Each will have an additional fee associated if we have enough interest.

Virtual Education - 16.5 CPE Hours: $300 (approximately $18 per credit hour!)

Full Conference: includes Welcome Reception, continental breakfast each day, lunch on Thursday and Friday, Saturday visit to the Monterey Aquarium, BOD lunch (if applicable) and Installation Dinner.

Education Only: includes all education sessions (16 hours) and continental breakfasts each day.
